Refund Policy

If you cancel a scheduled consultation more than 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel a scheduled consultation less than 24 hours in advance, we may charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the consultation fee.

Termination

If you wish to terminate the Agreement or your JSG World Ltd account, you may simply discontinue using our Services. All provisions of the Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JSG World Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
your access to, use of, inability to access or inability to use the Services;
any conduct or content of any third party on or related to the Services;
any content obtained from or through the Services; and
unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not JSG World Ltd has been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
The failure of either party to exercise in any respect any right provided for herein shall not be deemed a waiver of any further rights hereunder.
JSG World Ltd shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond JSG World Ltd’s reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic or communications failure or degradation.
These Terms are personal to you, and are not assignable, transferable, or sublicensable by you except with JSG World Ltd’s prior written consent.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and JSG World Ltd and govern your use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements between you and JSG World Ltd.
You agree that these Terms and your use of the Services are governed under English law.
