Cancellation Policy

At JSG World Ltd, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel a service you have purchased from us. We aim to make the cancellation process as easy and straightforward as possible, while also being fair to both parties.

If you need to cancel a service you have purchased from us, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will review your request and, depending on the service and the timing of the cancellation, we may offer a refund or credit towards future services. However, please note that some services may not be eligible for cancellation or refund, as described in our Refund Policy.

If you wish to cancel a service, please provide us with the following information:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The service you wish to cancel
  • The reason for cancellation
  • The date of purchase and the date you wish the cancellation to take effect

Once we have received your request, we will confirm the cancellation and any refund or credit that may be applicable. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the booked time. If a request is made less than 48 hours before the booked time, we reserve the right to charge the full fee for the service.

Please also note that if you cancel a service that requires ongoing payments or subscriptions, you will still be responsible for any outstanding payments due up until the date of cancellation. We may also need to cancel any related services, such as domain names or email accounts, depending on the nature of the service you are cancelling.
